Once our journey is official, we’ll schedule a 90 minute initial session to explore what’s currently working and what’s not, plus the bigger picture with your business goals and vision.

Coaching Sessions

Our remaining sessions (6 x 60 minutes) will happen every two weeks over the course of three months. We’ll dive into your progress, explore your challenges, and create new intentional action steps so you’re moving towards the life and business you want to lead.

Coaching helps you get from where you are now, to where you want to be in your life or business. As your business coach, we’ll focus on the present and figuring out your next, best steps toward the future biz you envision. 

Together, I’ll guide you every step of the way while you discover and tap into your own inner wisdom, strength and courage. Because deep down, you already know what’s best for you. You already have all the answers. Sometimes, all it takes is someone (like me!) to help you see them.

Therapy on the other hand, leans more towards the medical side where therapists, psychologists, or counsellors, will dive into someone’s past experiences, trauma, or mental health to help them gain clarity and move forward.

I’m in my 30’s now with plenty of life experiences gained from:

  • Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing & Journalism.
  • Working on projects in many creative fields including: copywriting, social media, branding &  graphic design, web design, news & content writing, screenwriting, film, photography, abstract art, and more.
  • Learning and travelling to over 25+ countries.
  • Working full-time at a non-profit for 5 years as a communications specialist, while side-hustling as a freelance writer at the same time.
  • Quitting my job to run multiple businesses for 3+ years now.
  • Becoming certified as a life & business coach through the Universal Coach Institute.
